The Townhouse
From confined site to spacious living.
On a confined plot within a new-build development in Worcestershire, this project reconfigured the ground floor to relocate the kitchen and create an open-plan living and dining space, while adding an extra bedroom at first-floor level. Olivia Firth worked closely with the client to develop the brief, prepare the concept design, and secure planning consent. The design introduces a feature gable wall and maximizes natural light, delivering a practical yet characterful extension that enhances family living.
