The Cadbury House

Practical spaces, beautifully connected for family life.

This project combined a garage conversion with a modest side extension to give a three-bedroom home on the Bournville Village Trust the functional spaces it needed. A dedicated utility room and a bright, open kitchen-dining area. The design maximised natural light through roof glazing and French doors, creating a welcoming connection to the garden. Olivia Firth prepared the concept design, BVT application and building regulations package. Completed in 2019, the images shown are courtesy of Arden Estate Agents.
